Barre is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. Our method is influenced by the Lotte Berk method and is taught in a neutral spine (no tucking).We utilize a barre to achieve optimal positioning. We will work you from head to toe. We will cover arms (using light hand weights), thighs, seat, core & everything in between! Barre produces lengthening and chiseling results fast using small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. Expect an extreme challenge and prepare to be calmly energized.
