You can join a variety of Barre classes from beginner to advanced + Trampoline classes with a mix of Barre, strength, cardio & more! Workout when & where you want to & go at your own pace. Each month, the video library will be updated with up to 10 new videos full of brand-new, fun and challenging content, so you'll never get bored! We can't wait to SHAKE & BOUNCE with you! Please note for our Barre classes, you do NOT need a barre, just something sturdy to hold on to. We suggest a railing, sink, back of the couch, etc.
